Returns Policy
Under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations, 2001, any unused product purchased through our site can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a 100% refund, if in its original condition and in the original packaging. For eligible items, we ask you to return them to our offices at Bolger Fabrication Limited, Clash Industrial Estate, Co. Kerry, V92 XA48. Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods undamaged and must bear any delivery costs.
We will carry out an inspection of all returned items to check for signs of use that would prevent us from reselling the items as new. If the goods are in mint condition, a 100% refund will be issued. We guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Any claims for damages or missing items must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
